Be FRIENDLY (professional & polite), FIRM (establish a clear rental agreement and enforce the terms), FAIR (abide by the law and consider what is reasonable),  FAST (attend to matters in a timely manner) and FLEXIBLE (if the situation warrants it.)Make the effort to establish and maintain a good landlord-tenant relationships. 

That effectively makes it completely unrealistic to develop new MHPs.

Obviously it is code to have the ability to escape both bedrooms in the event of fire, but could this be mitigated by a sprinkler system or is this effectively a 6 unit apartment building?

But I'm wondering if they are as useful and applicable (i.e. the ability to edit) and if there are other more cost effective means to obtain said documents.
