Eventually I'd like to get back to both development and buy and hold. 

Grew up in Indiana, though, and had planned to begin investing there eventually. 

You could have a 'Tiny House Park' for all the people who eventually want to 'upgrade' the whole concept.

Obviously I have a long way to go, but it’s individuals like yourselves who are willing to share their knowledge that have helped me move past that fear faster than I anticipated.My goal is to invest in apartment complexes (learning to do the numbers on them right now, and how to pick a good market), and eventually build scale.

If history can teach us anything, it is that for whatever reason, what goes up in the market will eventually fall and then it'll build back up again. 

We have a goal to get 5 (10 doors) in 12 months so my wife can stay home and raise our kiddos and eventually We could both do this full time however I'm interested in other ways to achieve this aside from the 25% down conventional model as our capital is limited and even grow faster, could we double our number??

All these things can and will happen eventually in JV's and those are the times you need an agreement to go by.  

Just came across BP and imagine it's going to be very helpful being in the real estate business.Just a quick background.. 25 years old, doing engineering in the corporate world, but want to eventually move full time into real estate investing.

I've learned a ton so far from Bigger Pockets and look forward to continuing to learn, give back and pay it forward as I can.I am primarily interested in Buy and Hold investing starting with Single Family and eventually working to Multi-Family properties.  

I've not a project needing (re)piping yet, but I'm sure I will eventually.
