What attracts you to loft development or loft projects?

Prior to working in the commercial field I was involved with resort development.

I have most of my money tied up in a condo development in Hartford for now, but I am always a fan of residential flips.

You have a true desire to make money, and if you can, help a few people along the way while expanding and developing new opportunities.

At the same time talk to the neighbor about selling the lot to the neighbor who is developing the lot with frontage.Likely they know about each other already but you still might be able to put together a deal if they are not talking.John Corey

So I'm starting a Property Investing firm with a good friend and our plan is to develop capital in the beginning by flipping single family homes.

I went onto the state revenue department website, and plugged in my numbers for the past 3 years.

I would suggest doing a lot more research before you jump into it. the basic allowance for a small commercial aqusition and development is at least 10k out of pocket for start up costs.

I work for a real estate developer in East TN.

Or how about that developer that is still sitting on inventory even after they tried to give away all of the upgrades, the free car, and even after the auction?
