As you start developing a credit history with the LLC, shouldn’t you be able to exceed the loan limit?

Well you want to be a Developer.. here is one tale..

Since I believe Primerica is like an MLM maybe it will be useful in developing my skills in marketing, communication, networking..which would be helpful in real estate.

Cash flow would be ideal, but for this particular property I’m most concerned with the location being one we’d want to live in (A+, A neighborhood, ability to find renters, needs cosmetic work but still liveable, and at least break even (not counting assumed appreciation).

A big part of the business is developing those relationships with sources. 

Any recommendations for 1) brokers who could do the BPO (ideally I bring the broker to ensure Independence); and 2) an Illinois lawyer who will know the mechanics of setting this up?

Ideally I am looking to find rentals that are tenanted and ready to buy.

I suppose I was waiting for an ideal time, but it has become obvious that the timing will never be ideal.

your right I am not very observant.. just a dumb ole developer  carry on.. 

And this is developed over time by networking and growing your circles of influence.
