Where I am permits are not posted on the auditors website even though there is a link for the info - you can try calling the local city building department and ask them for any previous permit info.

When these tactics get pulled on me, which they do all the time, I don't go call the Licensure Department or attempt to smear them online, or call the FBI (which I could have in several occasions)I just say, "Please don't contact me again.

@John Ludwig As a first step, I would send a letter to the planning department with the subject APN and a description of what you would like to do with the property i.e. zoning amendment from R-6 to R-7.
