People of BP, i have a Curious Question to ask, when you contact a Lead about their Property and they Tell you that they want to sell it by Liquidating it while they have a Tenant in the Unit, where does this Fall Under? 

However, IF this is legit, it's most likely red flagged due to the origin of the funds and/or the issue with the German non profit (more specifically, what organizations that NP is associated with).Also, just my humble opinion, but if you don't already have history with this investor, and they contacted you, it most certainly is bogus.  

That will allow you to see specific zip codes, school zones, etc with access to names and addresses of homeowners in those areas to be able to contact.

I have found myself in a similar position with a acquaintance who knows ALOT about house work AND has the contacts.

If they mention that they have an agent be completely honest with them about everything you have done to date.If you have everything documented you can contact the local board of realtors but I don't know how much they will be able or willing to help.

If you any contacts with property managers or real estate attornies in your area it may be a good idea to check with them to see if there are any special you need to do.
