Option Contract with Subject-to?
5 November 2010 | 4 replies
What I'd like to do is get a property under a subject-to option contract (simple, 1-pager) with a seller, look for a buyer, find a buyer, exercise option with seller, transfer option contract to the TREC contract with an addendum to assign it to the buyer. My question is in regards to what to put in the blank for sales price, considering it is a subject-to.
