Don't sell My House!

Hello there biggerpockets-

I have a situation in which I will be mentioning below with various names of people to depict actual life! It would mean the world to me if someone can give me some positive feedback on this situation! Thanks for your time and lets begin.....

Well there is this woman named Charlotte and has two relatives named Samantha & Kerry! Now Charlotte is an older woman that cares only for her house and knows that once she passes her two relatives will sell the house! There is a Woman named Miranda who has been the caretaker for Charlotte for some time now and Charlotte cares for her so much. Charlotte wants to sign over title to Miranda cause she knows that she will not sell her house! And she will also ask that Miranda live with her and take care of her for the remainder of her life. The only problem is that the house is under a Family Trust and Charlotte wants to know how to go about starting this process!

Would anyone have any ideas as to how she would go about getting this process started and even if she could get it started? Also Charlotte is of a clear mind and can make informed decisions, thank you for your time and have a wonderful biggerpockets day!
