You could simply not file your LLC but if you were sued over your property they could just serve the secretary of state not you, or they might not let you file anything but a defensive pleading.

The office space is just off Avery Rd right in between Hilliard and Dublin.This office has 2 big offices, 2 other private areas that could be used as offices or shared conference areas.  

I haven't called him back yet, but will, to try and find out more.....BUT, the first would seem the biggest stumbling block.I did a lot of negotiations in a prior life, including as a settlement conference judge and mediator, and was pretty successful in getting people to recognize the financial disadvantages of not resolving their disputes instead of going forward (in those days, to jury trials), but the lawyer for this lender seems uninterested. 

I've had everything from your typical tourists, to chefs in town for a conference, to businessmen from Chicago -- one thing I've learned is that you will never know the demographic of your next booking.

I think some n the local PIA up around there may also be investing in the US from what I heard at the recent National conference so that could be a good group to head along too.

This is not for everyone, but I wanted to at least come to the defense of the validity of true marketing (not mass marketing like we are seeing most use). 

This is what I believe will happen whether or not either industry embraces it..If someone makes an estimate of value and can back it up with irrefutable hard data there will be no defense against the argument however the data and or analysis was obtained.1 The MLS data bases are the best and most reliable sources of data so far- who owns it?
