I had a call with a company- REI Accelerator they are a 6 year old company with founders who have been involved in Purchasing/funding Multi family and have 30 + years experience. 

This one has an incorrect definition of accredited investor on their website and admits the ownership of the syndicator also owns the construction company that does their rehabs.

We created our company, Rise Up capital, for this exact reason.

I recently moved to Jacksonville Florida and am looking to network with private equity companies and real estate syndicators.

But I use to be able to link the property management portal to my bank account in case I need to contribute fund to the property management company's account.My accountant is willing to charge a small fees and handle the above payment for me, however I might have a bigger amount due to IRS after completing the 2023 TR (for capital gain tax), so I am not sure if I am comfortable to send my accountant a large amount and she then pay IRS.Also would anyone recommend any good / reliable accountant for my TR 2022 and 2023, who is also familiar with FIRPTA withholding?

My lease is under my management company which is a single member LLC.. 

Dalmore seems to be one of the only (or very few) companies which have a platform developed which provides the seller a front end website designed for fractional real estate while having a backend for Dalmore to process transactions. 

If you want to be a real company/syndication then do it the correct way.
