Hi everyone, I am interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on the Platform Pacaso, I have noticed that it can inflate housing prices in some areas due to them being less concerned about paying a low price upfront and more focused on the overall profit they can generate through fractional sales and ongoing services.

BP Community,I’m hoping to get some community advice on a deal set up.Background: my partner and I have owned a rental property for about five years.

My monthly tax payment on my 4-plex went from $1200 to $1800. 

Does anyone know if we are still required to give a 30 day notice and continue to lose out on rent that is being paid on time?

Is there any online services/tools where I can do the above DIY?

The only downsides I’ll gripe about is the time it takesto get used to the move in process of adding a tenant (if you already have people) and that I don’t find it mobile phone friendly for doing a lot of work however short quick hit issues are great on the phone.  

Any opinions on this plan would be greatly appreciated!
