If you aren’t able to communicate that the owner still gets paid, the property is cared for and cleaned really well constantly, and you’re actually adding a lot of value to the property because of the new rental history, then you probably need to keep educating yourself until you that message becomes clear.

Prepare the sub floor, float low spots, sand down high spots, take your time with the install, verify edges aren't damaged, maintain a clean working area, inspect and clean the channels before installing each plank, ensure a complete lock and verify seams are running square/even.
