VRBO Property Manager Contract -Word Document?

I own a lake home (MN) which we are planning to use as a VRBO.  We live and work in NC. We have selected a party (lives within a few miles of our lake) who runs (2) other lake home properties (with exceptional reviews) to manage our lake home. We have the VRBO ad put together and the Property Manager has been doing an expectational job helping with all the arrangements.  I'm planning to launch the ad mid-March. 

We are only planning to rent the home from Memorial Day through Labor day with a couple weeks reserved for our personal family Renting it for roughly 8-10 weeks (high lake season). 

Does anyone have a draft of a VRBO Property Manager agreement which I could review and edit?  A Word Document would be ideal, but I can retype from a PDF as required. I need something which outlines PM responsibilities, renter check in, renter check out, compensation, cabin inventory, etc. etc. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I need to get this drafted and signed by both parties in the near future.
