When I share about some of my real estate investments with those who don't invest in real estate the conversation only goes so far until they want to talk about something else.

I have also been in conversation with the agent contracted to provide the bank with a fresh BPO - which I will have a copy of later today.Can any of the experienced note investors share what action steps I need to take to make this successful?

I want to do this so badly, but the conversation revolving around money and who's paying for what is something that's really important for me before I can start the process.

My question to all of you FHA experts is: if my bank has no idea how to help me get approved for a condo conversion, who do I approach?

Perhaps I am jaded by a conversation I had with a very seasoned investor that had this kind of situation where he got sued and had an opposing attorney turn over every rock to find these sort of exceptions.
