Where I am the building code requires clearances of 36" directly in front of the panel and 30" side to side (15" from center to either side).

Lots of properties are being renovated by investors, the area is cough cough changing color, all in all, the area is losing its slum feel that you still find on the north side of Jackson.I don't see why rents will go down as it directly addresses the problem that was identified in all North American cities 15-20 years ago which is that at night city centers are void of anyone, so crime and the homeless move in.

I would recommend trying to stay away from the center of town also known as the valley!

The wall (center Blocks, pieces) are also broken.

Downtown Bend has many good places, I would suggest Greg's Grill in the Old Mill Shopping Center, it is spacious and people can actually carry on a conversation.ThanksChristy Osterkamp
