Not sure if you're into flipping, but maybe by adding an extra room or bathroom you could boost the value, and then either rent out for higher rent then resell later on.

If the foreign shareholders have significant influence, control, or ownership (>50%) there may be tax issues with regards to the corporation losing its Canadian Controlled Private Corporation (CCPC).

As far as analysis, look up area job growth, cost of living, and main area industries for external influences.

So, it's not about the one trying to do unethical or illegal things, it's about others who may be influenced by the uninformed, naive or the intentional scammer.

Strategy needs to have a good deal and equity boosting rehab. 

These are usually small ticket items and highly negotiable so they don't influence which offer gets accepted that much.As far as writing a letter, honestly it's not worth it.

A lot of them are asking for the govt to implement some sort of rent control or other measure to influence housing prices.

The agent business can take a long time to get going unless you have a huge sphere of influence (large groups, lot of connections, etc.) and/or you join a team that will give you lots of leads and/or you are a serious go getter and don't mind cold calling tons of people and door knocking and so forth.I'm actually looking to wholesale and I already have my license.
