Can't blame them for that.After i showed the agent the true size he realized the price would have to be changed.What i would prefer is to work with the bank to take the problem off their hands, manage the building efficiently, put the building to productive use, increase the curb appeal of the property and increase the value of the property to the neighborhood. 

I've never seen it.The issue I see is PMs cutting corners and delaying/not completing repairs to boost NOI.  

On a personal note, I install my own appliances, I did my own engine swap (JDM boost FTW), and I've painted my own house.

Her sidewalk is in better shape than yours, no crack, no pushed up concrete...she has a small area at the curb that dips.

Then at 19, you might think of how a part time or summer job might boost your experience.

At that rate, I'm still making more than renting each side individually, plus it's helping boost my occupancy numbers- we'll see how it goes...
