His studio apartment was quite small and felt even smaller due to the ominous presence of a giant cross made out of heavy hand-hewn timbers, which he would haul around the courtyard and perimeter of the apartment complex nightly while wearing not much besides an actual crown of thorns, while drinking red wine and flagellating himself with a leather whip, reliving the blood sacrifice that redeemed us all as a way to thank Jesus for delivering him from the box of snakes (and freaking out the other residents in the apartment complex in the process, although weirdly they all just kind of ignored him). 

Thankfully I stayed cool while my blood boiled.  

@Matt MulvihillYes, that's certainly part of the reason laws were originally enacted around ATDS's and calling/texting cell phones.

Hi @Christine Swaidan,The harder you emphasize you are getting bids from multiple contractors and hardcore shopping to get the lowest price and quality, the less time any reasonably intelligent person should expect any reasonably intelligent contractor to put into any particular bid.A family member of mine is a high service, high quality GC, always available via cell.

Cell phone has been disconnected and no one answered at the apartment, so we left a pay or quit notice.

Look into water meters with wifi that track right to your cell phone.

So we got 10 months rent/year.Back in the '90's she begged her daughter to get her a cell phone 'for the guilt trip safety concerns' & insisted that she would pay for it.

She said that she would deposit the rent next day (8/18/16).However, she didn't deposit the money.I tried to contact with her again, her cell phone would not take any voice mail.I found her emergency contact person, she said she will try to reach my tenant and ask her to call me back.

Currently I utilize texting and when necessary personally call individual tenants who don't have cell phones when I need to notify an entire building of common information.
