Is HR Block premium a good tax program to capture flip income?

Parking is always an issue too, I have a 5 unit building where the tenants are always fighting about parking and blocking each other in.

I currently have a new construction duplex up the block that is doing well.

I'd put a fence to block the view to the back yard.

While that is much about what BP is all about, networking and doing deals, the newbies really need to block out the competitive nature of those in that area of the business and pick out the suggestions or information actually given.

The SAFE act was intended, among other things, to block inflated sales to naive buyers who didn't understand what they were getting.

My bread & butter was cruching the numbers on a deal, then get the ugliest house on the block, and turn it into the top dog in 6 months!

That said, the quality of life in Houston proper is very much neighborhood (and even block) specific, whereas some of the outer-lying suburbs such as Spring, Cypress, Katy, Sugar Land, parts of Missouri City, and Pearland all tend to have better reputations overall.
