Try driving for dollars and not go for lists or houses other people are chasing. 

They pay you, you don't chase them to be paid or they have to leave.

Team, Palm Spring greater area (Palm Desert, La Quinta and other sorroundings) is very busy with short term rental activities between Nov and April due to various reasons - winter birds coming from east coast, canada, tennis activities in March and Music festivals in April.

Won't help with perennials, but combined with Glyphosate it can get the job done.I have a gravel and bark bed yard that gets birds there to eat the peaches, and they leave poison ivy seeds!
