That tax cut bill is over 1000 pages and has lots of exceptions.

I can't speak to their costs since I was never footing the bill, but they were always very friendly and informative.

@Tyler CagliaI have a management account (LLC) collects rents and pays bills.  

No paper trail this way.Don't deposit large amounts into your account or you'll need to wait 90 to 120 days depending on when your statements come due.Wait at least 30 days or for all billing cycles to come and go and then you'll be good to go.
