Moved into one of the units while renovating bathrooms and floors.

Would simply having the square footage, floorplan/bedroom and bathroom count be sufficient to get a reasonable estimate sight unseen? 

I had to replace the old fuse box, remove all 2 wire outlets & install all the required GFI's & the required separate circuits for all ancillary appliances, islands & all 3 bathrooms, laundry room etc etc.BUT I used copper not GOLD wiring

always..We rented our recently vacant (May 20th) SFH to a veterinarian before we painted the entire home, rehabbed the bathroom, fixed the basement wall leak installed all new sump pumps, ancillary plumbing & 15ft of new  basement wall panelling. 

Mainly Kitchen and bath flooring, vanity, backsplash, and a few other odds and ends.

I run the numbers, assist with tenant selection, execute the lease, responsible for ensuring our PI's are paid back (w/interest), and because I live an hour a away I went to work at the property once a month for the three month renovation period (1 visit I cleaned the cabinets to prep for painting, 1 visit I put new knobs on all the cabinets and hung the towel bar, toilet paper holder and a mirror in the bathroom, 1 visit I mowed the lawn and helped move trash to the curb for bulk pickup.

A few kitchen/bathroom renovations down the line may be necessary but I am unsure if I would gain any worthwhile equity by doing so.

The entire place was remodeled in 2014.Roof, plumbing, electrical, dywall, fans & fixtures, bathrooms, and kitchens.

Last Monday I spend four hours wiping down walls in a bathroom covered with vaping residue.

They are also attracted to moisture, such as from a leaky pipe underneath a bathroom sink or a wet bathmat on the floor."
