Ernest,I would strongly suggest you attend some of the REIA events and also check out meetup websites for real estate professionals.  

@Dan Green What are you looking for duplexes, triplexes quads, more than five unitsI would contact a realtor let them know exactly what you want and build a relationship with a few realtors You might want to attend a few BiggerPockets Webinars.

Denise Holliday, one of the partners there does a lot of educational pieces that I have attended and she's also a Judge and she's the person that trains our Judges. 

Make sure you attend the local REIA's, Check out the podcasts and the forums.

Doing what you suggest is perfectly fine but in the event of an audit it's one less thing to have to explain to the field agent who may or may not understand.

I'm not a wholesaler and do not know the legalities of the question you have asked, but there are quite a few wholesalers who post here who I'm sure will chime in soon.IF they don't, I recommend attending some meet-ups, I was just at one earlier today in Fort Lauderdale and there was actually a wholesaler throwing in offers on his laptop during the meet-up.Good luck in your endeavors!

Consider attending the local real estate clubs.

I remember seeing the Chinese real estate market booming when I was attending college and working in Shanghai in early 2000.

I have put together a plan and would like the communities feedback/ tips/ suggestions on if there's any holes in it.About me: I'm 23 and moved to Chicago a few years ago to attend university.
