(on the surface it seems like a no go)When using the Rental Property Calc on BP should I input 2bd 1.5 bath units or the full 8bd 8.5 baths?

Since my plan is to scale and have 5+ units this was a no-brainer - also good cancellation policy!

Kenneth,My wife and I lived out in York Harbor for years, beautiful state.Try a plastic barrel that actually seals, I have seen them with an o ring, hinge and clamp.This may keep the moisture out better than a metal bucket.

Bit of a no brainer if you ask me- that's what everybody here, and investing in RE is trying to do- one way or the other.

@Brian JobsonWhat i recently learned about this, most wholsalers say they are buyers so you send out your deal to them, they put 5k for them on there, then they send it out to thier buyers which are wholesalers, then that person puts another 5k on top of that...And it just becomes a daisy chain...5 wholesalers have touch your deal before an actual cash buyer even sees it. it went from a great deal to a no deal because 30k has been added to your original deal...Im not a fan of any wholeslaer that sends mass emailings..sign of disaster...

This won't matter if your going to use cement backer board, because you screw those into the subfloor over the thinset; but with Ditra its a no-go.  

If it's a no smoking unit, then there you go.

For example:"Across from the New River's public access, perfect for young professionals who enjoys kayaking and paddle boarding..." is saying "YOUNG" a no no due to age discrimination?"

They probably will see it as a civil matter between you two, but at least you will have a paper trail.In addition to changing the locks, you can send a no-trespass letter certified mail.
