Yes there are ways to convert your passive to non-passive but that comes with many other issues that need to be addressed and analyzed even before considering it.- impact of the self-employment income - Is it even worth it if you cannot convert enough passive income to non passive?

I live in Buffalo Grove,  and i think western and northwest suburbs have lot of potential,because of quality of those areas and they will be always popular for families.
