The demand curve has shifted right (monthly budgets are up since the cost of money is low) and the supply curve has shifted left (due to the moratorium.) 

We all know, when it comes to real estate, supply and demand dominates valuations.

The kansas city market has a very low supply of homes for sale right now.

I have also invested in Dayton, Ohio, but the reason I will likely stay focused on Cincinnati is the good supply of houses that can be bought in the $60k range, invested in, and end up with an ARV in the $150k-$180k range.

Set up a payment plan with the IRS/creditor and supply the agreement to the lender. 

New build apartments generally use PEX or CPVC for supply and PVC or ABS for vent/waste.

I have friends that own hundreds of units in the area, and since housing supply is so limited and demand so high, the prices for both rent and houses has gotten very high for the area.

Our son will not come back here, he is headed to a big city.Both Houses and lots are in short supply in our area.Interest rates are low.Realize everyone's property is always "special" but without going into it ours is "special".We have priced at the very top of the market per our Realtor.
