I know there is more to it, but I'm sure if new wholesalers applied the above advice, at the very least, I wouldn't have to stop researching to read the latest "wholesaler nightmare" that pops up when I get a key word alert about wholesaling or wholesalers.But I love the success stories...they really motivate me...hehe...can't wait to get my first deal!
