I gave them two addresses and they never got back with me.Some clown came to Los Angeles from Las Vegas and said he could get anyone houses in Las Vegas for wholesale prices and he had a huge list of them, but this a-ho... said if he showed anyone the houses on his list those people had to make a decision to purchase his houses within minutes because they would not last any longer.

@ Daniel Smyth and if the tank leaked, he would be responsible for a cleanup. tank cleaning does not address petroleum that may have leaked from the tank. several years ago, i had a client that incurred $400K in cleanup costs for a diesel tank that had leaked for years. sampling should ALWAYS been done regardless if tank is removed or closed in place.
