If you go on the state courts website it clearly outlines the expectations for the landlord and tenant in an eviction. It is best to go through a lawyer to execute an eviction if you do not know the ins and outs of the process because in the end you will waste more time and money doing it yourself. There should be a lawyer in your area that specializes in evictions, I would lean on their expertise.
