In my market, I'm helping clients achieve 20-50% (on the extreme high end) on 30-75k homes.

My plan is to acquire as much knowledge as possible and complete my written business plan with a timeline for achievements.

Is that achievable in this arrangement, or however the arrangement is supposed to be?

It is going to require quite a bit of upfront work until you have everything in place but it's achievable!
