Are there better services you have seen or are using?

It's kinda like a service fee... :)  Don't get me wrong, I own nice rentals in nice areas. 

He wants to rent with a lady (she has 15 yr daughter) with 700+ credit score, 2x salary vs rent job, BUT she has "judgement from court" for child support services ( She needs to pay  for child support).

I would recommend talking with Barron Property Services, Dorfman Property Management and IPM real estate.  

They service the state old-school with a couple of sales reps and lots of volume.

Hey, what I have done In the past is provided my services to other investors where I partner with them and build the house and charge a management fee+ equity.

I know there are many companies and individuals who offer these services however I would like to know what questions I should ask so I know what I am getting and what steps I should take to make sure my site stays secure in the future. 

And I'm having a hard time convincing our bank to allow this large a check deposit through the mobile apps (when they have one, ugh community banks sometimes)... unless we want to upgrade and pay for the privilege of their "treasury services".Thoughts?

I just think those that couch the assignment game as providing a service that helps people ..
