I had come across the BP YouTube page and am very interested in investing in real estate.

Yet the guys on youtube say its okay to do that to contractors, .......  

., TV commercials, radio ads, motivated seller website, SEO, pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online advertising and boosted/promoted social media postings.Bottom line is consistency.

One cool company that I know of based out of NYC has a really awesome algorithm that identifies undervalued MF opportunities on the open market in addition to predicting future returns. 

We are still learning: reading books on real estate investing, watching Youtube videos, listening to Podcasts.

The whole dealer finds these properties through several resources, but too many to list here, however almost every “Guru” on YouTube explains where they find these properties but really don’t show you how, it’s something I learned myself being computer literate and awesome at google.

You can find a bunch of info on youtube for analyzing deals and how to underwrite.

I've watched several youtube videos and read several articles/blog posts and I think I have a decent idea of how it all works.
