Hi BP Community, I am a new Boston area investor currently residing in Jamaica Plain and spending a great deal of time on the South Shore.I have a marketing background and also freelance as a RE and interior design photographer (I can plug my details in the marketplace) I am beginning to leverage my marketing background in the real estate world and I plan on locking down a couple deals in my first year.

I’m really excited to move from the investor world to the licensee world so if anyone in the area is interested I would really appreciate the opportunity.

I’m new to the re investing world but if I’m correct you said once you refi, your rate could possibly still go up after the refi?

Until I can get to that point I will be looking at jobs in the management or sales side of the business world. 

Seeing as the numbers work out with your first unit, I guess its not the end of the world, but condo HOAs annoy me.
