The circuit court website lists of probate cases, family rep, attorney but “does not” list the real estate properties.

Today I went down to the Atlanta court house to find the latest probate records.

Anybody know if I can deliver this myself or if it has to go through the courts?

I read the Lis Pendens filing but I don't read every filing made during the court process.It is a long story but here is the bottom line in my current case.

Not to mention scary things that are happening in BK court like cram downs or elimination of secured debt.Sorry for the rambling.

I was recently watching an instructional video by a local real state wholesaler, who said that I should be able to go to my local probates records department and just ask for the files from the last 2 weeks of probate court.I am trying to do this research, so that I can find people who may have been awarded properties via probate court that don't really want to own those properties.When I went down to the probate court today, they told me that they can't give files out in that manner, and that I would need to provide them specific case numbers.With that being the case, how would I go about coming up with the case numbers?

The owners that want to sell can file a partition suit, where the court will order the sale of the property and the distribution of proceeds.

The IRS tax court has ruled rent credits must be reasonable or the Lease Option is a disguised installment sale.As Bill said, said a lease and a separate option.

Somehow, I have to believe that if there was anything illegal about saying you don't allow pets for your rental, there wouldn't be thousands of leasing ads put out every day with that same message.Just because some crazy lady tries making her argument and claims she has the law on her side, doesn't mean she's a supreme court justice.Just the fact that she's claiming they could sue you and would own the house itself if you don't rent to them shows the kind of nonsense you're dealing with.
