Many colleges are talking about not coming back in the fall, or only coming back in a limited fashion.

Depending on where it is (western CT varies a LOT from the hills to Greenwich), this could be a steal, or way over priced. 

Case Western, John Carroll, Kent, and anywhere near Clinic Clinic.

On the east side is where it gets tricky, you have University Circle and Little Italy which is where Case Western, Cleveland Clinic, Art Institute, etc. are located which are highly desirable areas but they came at a very high price.

Houses #3+ (I eventually built up to 20) happened in orderly fashion.. 

this is one big Texas wholesaling companies standard SOP's  great western something.. just a joke really.. 

I have several buy and hold rental properties and feel I have a decent understanding of my liability exposure and the actions I can take to mitigate and minimize any risks involved in that fashion of real estate investing.
