My first rental property

I am looking to purchase my first rental property in Ohio. I live in San Diego but I want to start purchasing cash-flowing multi-family properties in Ohio. Ideally with little to no rehab needed for my first property since I am out of state.

Any suggestions on good cities to invest in or particular locations to avoid? Any information is greatly appreciated.

Hello Jamal,

It's important to do your due diligence and research the different neighborhoods and areas within Ohio but I recommend Cleveland a suitable location for your rental property. It's a relatively less expensive market and a cash cow. A little bit slow on appreciation side but definitely good on rentals. I am working with some of the best real estate agents and property managers, Let's connect and DM me to share your thoughts.
