I plan to take time and read every piece of paper I am signing.So the situation is, the property is already inspected and appraised and everything, according to what he says, only thing left for me to do is sign the papers, wire the money to the closing attorney(Contract assignment).

Ugly because the listing agent did not supply the documents and information we had requested in the inspection resolution, and when I called to ask for them and tell her we would not be closing until we had received them, she unleashed a torrent of venom on me, accusing me of being unethical, not acting in good faith, threatening to report me to the board, etc.In her defense, we had asked for them to be provided at closing, but it was an hour before, and she still had not provided them.
