FCI charges $15 per month to service, and an additional $15 per month for escrow accounts.So for low value notes, with payments of only around $100-200 per month, doesn't this servicing fee represent a large amount of the actual interest received, to the point that the long term actual APR on investment is quite low or zero?

So I see no reason why they can't sell, because they are in good shape to do so.So far, instead of sending me a note tape, I have received their REO tape, all of which have already been assigned to a broker.

@John P.The owner's policy you received at the time of purchase cannot be transferred to the next purchaser...a new policy would need to be purchased IF the buyer desires such coverage.
