Good morning BP,What's the use case for submitting an LOI vs having an agent submit a official contract? 

I had to go two months without any cash, and in that two months I took a celebratory trip to Hawaii, moved all of my belongings from Oregon to North Carolina, boarded my dog for a really long time, and had to put stuff in storage.

Good morning BP community I live in Oakland, Ca and have rental property here.

Last recent trip I was in a condo unit that the owner purchased for $165k. looked good and it was cash flowing, I was almost ready for a similar one but two floors up a nicer unit went for $135k and two floors above that two units had sold for $65k each.How to figure that market and get the inside track is what I'm working on!

Early that morning a fire broke out and 6 people passed away.

Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen, I have finally sealed the deal with closing on my first house in Virginia. 

So after posting yesterday that we haven't had many issues with our well, my first missive from the Mrs. this morning was "the water pressure's low".

Most importantly, we'd have a little extra capital available to buy a separate investment property to flip or BRRRR as well.But I'm wondering if the 1 year residence will trip us up.

Today i spend most of my time around the Morning side, east  english village, harper woods and grosse pointe woods area.
