Besides the fraudulant shenanigans they pulled, Their work was horrible not even 6 months after they installed the " NEW ROOF" the hallway was leaking and theres black mold, my living room ceiling is caving in, there is a broken main beam, and I had the city inspector that passed it to come back out and tell me what was wrong with my roof .

The Inspector told us about the missing stove knob and door that was uneven; BUT what he did not do was actually go under the house and see all the wood rot from the bathroom subfloor that created the cracked tile above.

Workers get a per diem of $35 a day, $10 for lunch and $25 for dinner, that's it.The company tells their workers where they are going to stay, period.The work these people do is cleaning out pressure vessels before inspectors, welders, and other people go in.

There is lots to learn...so get other GCs and/or inspectors to walk properties with you so you can learn from them.

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.
