Hi:I would like some feedback on a potential opportunity that has been presented to me.A bit of context: I live overseas and have a very demanding job that I enjoy and so I don't have an interest in taking time to chase real estate deals.

I always enjoy hearing about other peoples real estate goals.  

Brandon mentioned on a podcast that after a couple years, I think you can take it out of the program and you don't have to get another refinance on it.I also heard him say he sold a home to a girl who used USDA loan that took a few months.

We do enjoy eating out, but as another former professor once asked at a meeting for real estate investors, what do you have the next day after an expensive meal?
