So I noticed a lot of Boat and RV storage facilities where these "toys" are just sitting in a spot and wasting away money and space until the owner wants to pull them out for use.

- RV/Camper/Boat storage where owners can store their "toys" for "free" by allowing us to operate them as rentals while also giving them options to use their toys anytime!

Has anyone done a trailer park home using storage containers looks like it could be cheaper alternative depending.

All need updated to attract decent tenants- most recently used for junk storage for the owner.

@Jennifer Schelkopf +1 on anything @Ryan Blackstone or @Henry Washington say on NWA.Personally, own a couple storage facilities in NWA with anticipation for more, and relocated here about 5 months ago and plan on buying a home in the spring/summer of ‘21.

Will it be turned into a truck storage property and if so is this too much of a price to pay for a truck yard?

I also have a self-storage facility in Belton and rents have went up substantially since two years ago.

It's not exactly a big market being halfway between Rhinelander and GB.
