We usually have investors email or schedule a call with us to discuss your goals and expectations and see if we're a right fit.

The differentiator really comes in with having your requirements & their skillsets aligned, not a one sized fits all.

@Richard Rozo Not at all, so it all depends on your goals to determine if Austin is a good fit for you.

Find one that fits your style and need (some are more accessible and open to doing long-distance showings than others, for example). 

I am working on a script, but know that one script doesn't fit all, so Im hoping to brainstorm with this community about it. 

He finished by telling me a self directed IRA might “not be a good fit since I can’t trust my contractor”.

You might as well go with a private mortgage company as the rates are the same if not better and you don't have them turning over every stone to make sure you fit a box like a bank does.
