Our LLCs have several DBAs including one that simply shortens our long business name from MapleStar Real Estate Investments, LLC to MapleStar REI LLC so our business name fits on our corporate credit cards.  

The denver market is starved for quality corporate rentals as well (I unfortunately know from personal experience) and quality options via Airbnb seem to fill a void in the rental market. 

First off, only the interest component of your payment is an expense; the reduction in principal is not (it's reflected in cash flows from financing activities in the cash flow statement).Your interest expense belongs "below the line" of NOI (net operating income), along w/ depreciation.On a side note, IMO you may be dangerously close to mixing personal and business activities, which makes it easier for others to pierce the corporate veil.

Tempe: ASU and many new corporate offices call for sky rocketing rental demand... can't go wrong with 85281 or 85282. 85281 is closest to Scottsdale/ Phoenix/ ASU/ and the airport.
