If one were to come along who had good deals, I'd certainly work with him/her, but it hasn't happened in four years so I'm not encouraged that it's going to happen anytime soon.And I just started about 3 months ago.If you've done any deals so far, you are in the small minority of new wholesalers who ever actually do a deal.That said, those who do their first deal will likely do many more, but most will never, ever do that first deal.This is why I made my comment above about real estate agents not wanting to work with wholesalers -- it's not worth sorting through 100 wannabe wholesalers to find the 1 or 2 who will actually do deals.
