I was only able to download 4 episodes on Soundcloud... do you know if the rest are set up different in the system or if it is some kind of limitation on the part of Soundcloud?

As to whether an LLC or LP (or some other form) would work better, that will depend on local tax laws.

I feel like sometimes I see so much potential in REI and what it could do for me that I almost overwhelm myself with the thoughts. 

Account Closed Permitting is the easy part if the designer does a good job designing, labeling, and filling out the correct forms, you will be out in 1 month.

I use my application as a resource that has all of the pertinent qualifying info for me to help make my decision.

They may be fine now, but in the summer the heat gets through the first layer of shingles and the second layer will eventually curl, causing flat pockets of water to form that will eventually leak down through and destroy the sheathing and the rafters/drywall underneath.

Is there a basic form I can use that would cover all of that?

Along the way, I really started re-prioritizing what was important for me, and our family. 

An additional $150 for 6 months for me would not cover an additional month of vacancy. 

For me, tenant replacement is not a taken-for-granted expense item.
