To use a contract for a contractor or not to use a contract?
Hi BP,
I'm in contract on my first flip !!!!
I'm working on a smaller size flip of a triplex and my attorney says I should write up a contract for my contractor. Some people that I know who do similar jobs don't because the amount of money they would spend on lawyer fees would cost more than the lost.
Anyone have any advice?
Thanks,
Bennett
