I know typically battery backup is used when the grid goes out but not sure if I'm able to pull from battery to avoid tripping any circuit breakers in the main house.

Also, the appraiser was not able to get into lockbox on their first trip, so they charged us an extra trip fee.

It certainly won't impact my trips to California nor my preference to stay in STRs.
