I'm relatively new to REI and after floundering for six months or so (but learning all I can) trying to help fellow military Veterans find decent homes in the region, I would like to find/join any REI networking groups in my area.  

Is there such a thing as a real estate photographer?

As a veteran I also understand that a soldier is not just a soldier.

But here is the twist, the tenant is a paralyzed veteran and they don't want to ruin his life buy evicting him.

He is on a Month to Month lease in which  I zerox each tenants driver license on the cover of each lease and photograph all tenants vehicles including tags and he like all other tenants I have had was fully cooperative with that.

as a disclaimer, I worked for many years as a commercial photographer before getting into real estate.
