The neighborhood gas station/convenience store is the best place to start your investigation:The three-foot-high signs that say "WE ACCEPT EBT" mounted outside the doorway.The gas station does business after hours through bulletproof glass.At least two people coming into the gas station during a 20 minute visit who want the clerk to, "Pu' fi' dollahz on Pump 3."

Edit: home is heated by gas furnace.After 2 months of research & asking around, we will hire a trusted friend with 20 years of handyman/flooring experience to do the works (everything from Remove Carpet, redo underlayment floor, install new flooring).

, maintain caulk in vinyl replacement window exteriors- With elderly cast-iron DWW system in place, ALWAYS be on the alert for comments about foul odors coming from drains/walls -- invaluable indicator that traps are siphoning/leaking out/cast iron is drying out/sewage gas is escaping.- Check for corner tears on screens- Monitor doorways for expanding corner cracks indicating accelerated/new settling.- Repeating @George W.'

IE if the norm is for gas to be paid by the tenant, yet your tenant has to pay their gas + hot water gas usage, it will "feel" more expensive to them and many applicants will pass (and you'll suffer higher vacancy).
